Requirements:
- Advanced English (grammar and writing skills)
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Ease of word
- Call control
- Communication skills
- Problem and conflict resolution
- Experience in logistics and shipping services (optional)
- Computer skills and basic programs and CRM knowledge
Functions:
- Customer service by phone
- Manage chat input in a timely manner respecting the corresponding KPIs
- Direct communication with customers and delivery service companies
- Communication with suppliers
- Search for efficient solutions
- Advice on the use of the platform and information on the products of the Tendency’s group
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: From ₹35,000.00 per month
