Requirements:

• Advanced English (grammar and writing skills)
• 1 year experience in customer service
• Ease of word
• Call control
• Communication skills
• Problem and conflict resolution
• Experience in logistics and shipping services (optional)
• Computer skills and basic programs and CRM knowledge

Functions:

• Customer service by phone
• Manage chat input in a timely manner respecting the corresponding KPIs
• Direct communication with customers and delivery service companies
• Communication with suppliers
• Search for efficient solutions
• Advice on the use of the platform and information on the products of the Tendency’s group

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹35,000.00 per month
