Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content, frame new questions and write easy-to-understand solutions for over 7.5 lakhs of users
• Review content and questions created by other SME/Content Developers to ensure quality
• Ensure constant up-gradation of existing content for our various courses
• Analyse and research exams patterns, type of questions and difficulty level to remain updated with latest trends in questions asked in competitive exams
• Plan, develop and execute launch of new Test Series (or live tests), in coordination with Content Managers and other team members
• Analyse performance of content using high-end analytical tool, draw insights and improve content quality
• Interact with users to understand their needs, take feedback and clear their doubts
• Train Content Developers (both in-house and freelancers) to make them deliver better content
• Write informative articles on various topics for Testbook’s blog that will help students in their preparation

What we are looking for:

• Enthusiastic individual who would like to make a difference to the education sector in India
• Should have strong passion for education, and willing to learn new things
• Self-driven, creative and motivated with strong adherence to deadlines and learning
• Prior experience in teaching and content development
• Proven time management and organisational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
• Good inter personal skills
