Key Responsibilities

• Own end to end customer experience and net promoter score. Innovate and implement

a scalable process to handhold learners throughout their journey.

• Oversee the execution of individual projects within the program related to improving the

overall learning experience of the students.

• Be the voice of the learner and advocate with data to provide feedback to optimize

product /system automation.

• Analyze the program performance against customer feedback and maintain program

quality.

• Be responsible for effective communication and escalation management.

Skills Required

• Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Category or Program Management

roles at any Ed-Tech or Internet Start-up or FMCG companies

• Hustle and get things done attitude
• Ability to draw scalable, long term and global outside-in perspective while solving issues,

improving efficiency.

• Should carry examples and experience of improving processes and can perform complex

Analysis when exposed to unstructured and structured data.

• Medium expertise in MS Excel.
