Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Administration Officer who can efficiently performs routine production tasks as Support customers and market companies in all operational/ administrative requirements related to parts orders and logistics.
This is a permanent role based at Chakan, Pune. The person will be required to work in rotational Night shift.

What you will do

Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and enquiries.

Execute the end to end process for parts orders, quotations, return logistics and invoicing, including tasks in SAP and other internal systems.

Execute pro-active follow-up of remaining orders.

Execute external purchasing, follow-up with suppliers.

Participate in defining and deploying Visual Management including the right metrics for Parts Administration.

Participate in driving Tetra Pak’s Quality Management System (QMS)

Engage in the share, learn and implementation of best practices.

Drive continuous improvement activities.

Conform with Tetra Pak global standards and processes, and legal requirements.

We believe you have

Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

Previous customer support experience desired.

Strong problem solving and customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic, with attention to detail and organized.

Service minded, result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand work instructions, work processes and administrative tools.

You can work independently and together with others towards set goals.

3-5 Years of Relevant Industry Experience.
