Job Description

• Partner with stakeholder managers to define scope and requirements for data analytics and report creation

• Advise on additional measurement solutions such as campaign effectiveness, segmentation, predictive modeling, statistical analyses, test design

• Innovate new approaches to apply data and analytics to reveal actionable insights

• Develop Tableau reports and dashboards that support analytical capabilities for data-driven decision making

• Stay up-to-date on advancements on data visualization technologies

• Apply knowledge and skills to support a Tableau Center of Excellence operating model

• Support the identification and development of local business champions to self-serve reporting needs

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expert in Tableau Report Development and Data Visualization

• Experience working with commercial pharmaceutical data (IQVIA, MMIT, Fingertip, Medicaid,Patient Data, etc.)

• Experience working in business analytics and/or business intelligence roles

• Advanced experience working with data visualization tools designing dashboards and reports

• Ability to understand and analyze the commercial data to find patterns and valuable business insights

• Understanding of the Data warehouse life cycle from ETL to multidimensional models and reporting
