Job Description

• Ability to work in a global workplace with global team and coordinate various activities

• Oversee the GSD procurement activities. This includes the following:

• Obtain vendor quotes

• Create, track, and monitor purchase orders

• Manage GSD software licensing

• Ability to Work with Global vendors remotely

• Submit periodic & On demand reports

• Strong knowledge and experience with Excel to analyze data

• Ability to manage vendors overall contractual components (e.g., invoicing, purchasing)

• Monitors and track GSD metrics where applicable

• Apply best practices for helpdesk back-office processes and procedures

• Global Asset Management tracking

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years’ experience in a global workplace

• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities

• Strong time management and organizational skills, detail-oriented and takes initiative

• Strong communication skills

• University degree

• Back-office and administrative experience

• Multi-cultural team management

• Vendor management

• Project management

• Work in a changing and dynamic environment
