Text Mercato is looking for Cataloguers.
Location- Work from home
Timings- 9-6pm Mon to Sat
*Immediate joiners*

Roles and responsibilities:
 Work on creation of catalogues for online marketplace listing
 Ability to work on xls
 Ability to quality check and hold fort on quality – quality scores and SLA is tracked and
maintained without compromise
 Ability to meet daily targets without compromise on quality

The role is evaluated on:
 Quality of deliveries
 Quantity
 Customer and vendor satisfaction

Level:
The Role is in the Operations team, reporting into the Account Manager, who in turn reports into the Ops Manager of the company.

Competencies needed:
 Understanding industry, terminologies, and quality checking/coaching in the area
 Ability to adhere to brief and work with quality in given timelines

Skills needed:
 1 year of experience in cataloguing.
 Knowledge of excel
 English as a first language in school
 0 to 1 years’ experience in content and/or coordination in client facing roles
 Spreadsheet skills
 Team work, initiative and respect for diversity and planning
