TG Developers Hiring for Customer Relationship Executive at Bangalore Full Time

Designation: – Customer Relationship Executive

Scope of work : –

Receiving calls and emails from clients to ensure closure of complaints and communicating the
actions taken to the stakeholders in a poised and confident manner
Taking care of the customisation of the apartments as per the customer’s requirements.
End to End Delivery of the project
Ensuring all the queries related to the structural work is attended to.
Coordinating between the engineer and the customer for the execution of the work.
Maintaining customer data
Coordinating with the team of Architect, Estimator, Project Engineer, legal and Service executive for
smooth functioning of systems.
Monitoring and controlling of modifications, execution and project completions.
Extended excellent customer service to clients &take responsibility for follow- up to ensure customer
needs & expectations are satisfied till handing over.
Interacting with Customer for time to time requirements.
Follow up with the customers for BESCOM transfers.
Ensuring day to day collections entered for respective customer
Being familiar with the building operating procedures manual

Desirable qualification : –
1.Graduate
2.Minimum 1 year of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
