• Exp: 10yr minimum

Responsibilities:

Income Tax –TDS: – TDS Challan in form 281(Monthly), TDS return Q24/Q27 (Quarterly) and TDS certificate issue form 16/16A (After Closing Financial Year).

• GST: Accounts & Records to Maintained under GST Register, Input tax credit availed, Output tax payable, such other particulars as be prescribed. Return Submission-GSTR1 (Monthly & Quarterly), GSTR2, GSTR3B (Monthly) Upload and Submit all return using secure data network. Inputs Tax Credit Reconciliation-Match GSTR2A and GSTR2

• Account Receivables (AR), Account Payables (AP), Party Ledger Reconciliation, preparing outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up, Issuance of invoice, Debit / Credit Notes. * Making salary of employee for organization.

• Vendor Management * Prepare daily expenses vouchers and making payment of various bills. * Maintaining petty cash and monitoring cash to avoid unnecessary expenses

• Monitoring of day-to-day transactions and verification of voucher.

• Book Keeping and updating records on daily and weekly basis including ledgers.

• Finalization of Accounts.

• Maintaining banking functions (RTGS, NEFT, Online fund transfer & e-payment), alltype bank project approval and including BRS.

• Foreign Payments documents.

• Preparing and Maintaining Statutory books of accounts

• E.P.F & E.S.I.C Calculation of Contribution Submission of Return & Challan E- PAYMENT

• Any other task required by the management as per their requirement. * Communicate to Company CA & Consultant for Auditing (Tax, GST & Legal)
