Boeing India Engineering seeks Experienced Electronics System Design & Analysis Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka to support the Hardware Design Capabilities organization across multiple product lines and platforms like Satellites, space and aviation.

Position Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Will be responsible to develop and maintain all of the systems related artifacts such as requirements, trace and integration tests

• Systems Thinking – Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the organization, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.

• Demonstrated Systems engineering experience with specific involvement in multiple phases of the program life-cycle, including early system design and development

• Conducts trade studies and literature research to support future product designs. Knows the latest on new technologies standard processes

• Responsible for developed Project Plan, schedule, resource plan and project budget within the project team

• Responsible to work with leads and members to identify risks and plan execution of hardware projects with clear understanding upon stakeholder givers and takers

• Works with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements.

• Analyzes and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications.

• Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. • Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.

• Solves problems concerning and provides other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

• Experience with Systems Engineering life cycle activities associated with Avionics Systems Displays & FMS

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

• 8 years of experience in Systems Electronics

• Work experience in systems engineering- Electronics

• Must have experience working with multi-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners.

• Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with partners from within Boeing and outside, across different cultures and time-zones.

• Communication – strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, Statements of Work, and connect technology to business considerations (e.g., ROI). Candidate must be proficient in English, and familiar with MS Office tools.

• Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive demeanor, high ethics, and a track record of working efficiently in time constrained environment.

• Ability to mentor and guide subordinates and partners to accomplish project and departmental goals and objectives.

• Must be very proficient in spoken and written English, and have excellent communication style.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in SAE ARP 4754 of Systems Engineering and ARP4761

• Experience in managing requirements using DOORs, and SVN

• Experience SAFE Agile process, methodology & Tools

Typical Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in engineering degree or higher

• 8+ years experience’ with Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or experience or 6+ years years experience’ with Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any equivalent degree
