Position Responsibilities:

• Provide Strategic direction and Delivery management for Engineering IT/PLM Professionals in development and support of solutions for Engineering IT applications

• Lead a team of Engineering IT/PLM/CAx application developers by demonstrating technical proficiency in programming, architecture, people and delivery management

• Own the business relationship with various Boeing global sites from an application development perspective

• Manage the development and delivery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and CAD/CAM/CAE (CAx)/MBSE/MBE solutions.

• People Management: Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, supervision and developmental opportunities for Engineering IT/PLM/MBSE/MBE/CAx application developers. Drive efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.

• Partnerships: Develop relationships with business teams, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Maintain internal and external relationships, including evaluating inbound opportunities and proactively nurture partnerships across the enterprise.

• The candidate will need to drive strategy across business units and functions; solve sophisticated problems and deliver complex solutions in large environments.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills

• A strong background in building relationships and working cross-functionally

• Deep personal experience in performing and leading teams to perform enterprise wide Engineering IT related statements of work, defining process, evaluating tools, and engaging vendors for IT Product Systems.

• Resourcefulness, curiosity, and passion are required traits.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 12+ years of experience.

• Experience with leading people/teams and systems related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), MBE

• Strong, proven experience of 3DExperience platform implementation, especially on CATIA V6 and DELMIA V6

• Strong PLM process knowledge in Change Management, Variant Management, 3D Configurators, Requirement Management, Document Management

• Deep knowledge of Dassault Systems 3DExperience platform and CATIA V6 integration

• Experience with the latest software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Cloud)

• Experience with leading digital transformation efforts in Aerospace/Automotive or related Engineering/Manufacturing domain

• A flair to manage and lead highly engaged high performing teams

Desired Skills:

• Product mindset/Experience with SAFe

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 12 + years of experience.
