WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Video Motion-Grapher in the Design Studios team, you will be a strong contributor on video, motion graphics and animation projects. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with BCG and Design Studios quality standards.
You will leverage visual story telling through motion graphics, kinetic typography and strong animation videos skills and develop creative ideas to partner with the client and achieve their vision. You will execute complex and ambiguous motion graphics and animation projects with direction by translating business language, processes into engaging visual stories. You will participate in creative briefs and help with pitching creative concepts, mock-ups and discuss ideas to internal clients. You’ll apply creative layout solutions by creating unique motion graphics templates, corporate videos, training videos, promos for campaigns and proposals.
You will collaborate with the video motion-graphic team to create 2D/3D motion graphics, animation and full-scale production of content-driven animation for client.
YOU’RE GOOD AT

• Strong Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong background in design theory, motion graphics development
• Strong background in production and post-production workflow, tools, and methodology
• Experience in creating new motion graphics templates, work with stock templates
• Excellent sound-mixing and sound-editing skills

YOU’RE GOOD AT (CONT’D)

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in film or video production or animation (Design School Preferred)
• 2-4+ years relevant years of experience in a Professional services environment/ Design start-ups/ Design Agencies
• A solid portfolio of past videos
