The Courtyard Hiring for TELE CALLER EXCUTIVE at New Delhi Full Time

The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own business furniture selling and manufacturing .

Campaign type and duration will vary depending on client requirements. Full training is given for all new client campaigns and top up training is given on longstanding campaigns, full support is also available.

• Should speak English & Hindi
• Outbound calling or customer service experience.
• Good communication skills and strong telephone manner.
• Proven track record in a sales environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Minimum one year tele caller experience.
• Working days are from Monday to Saturday.
• Make telephone calls to prospects.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Attend campaign briefings.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
• Provide feedback and input to script and copy development.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
