The Operations team is seeking to hire somebody exceptional to make a mark as an operations and logistic executive. The ideal candidate can wear multiple hats relating to logistics and operations and solve on-ground problems daily. A key activity as part of the role is organizing and tracking transportation to/from locations within the country and internationally. As part of this, work on building a network of logistic service providers, handlers to ensure smooth operations. Follow-up transportation status in order to ensure timely and safe delivery of material

Requirements

Must-Have:
1. 3+ years working experience in Supply Chain dealing with logistics

2. Ability to build a network of vehicles & handlers for logistics

3. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and handing import and export

4. Worked on optimizing performance viz-a-viz costs, services, and organization as per requirements

5. Prior experience with an ERP

6. Experience negotiating and personnel

7. Know-how on risk-analysis, risk-mitigation, process shipments, and work on contingency plans for logistic movements

8. Experience in managing assets and planning for repairs and replacements

9. Develops and implements strategy for reducing import and export duty costs with customs agencies under existing relations.

10. Ready to work in a dynamic environment, wear multiple hats and solve on ground problems on a daily basis.

11. Experience with monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs of products
