Purpose:
Act as a liaison between the clients and the organization and offer assistance with a variety of tasks including but not limited to; Auctions, complaints, queries, information, suggestions etc.
Roles & Responsibility:
Effectively resolving customer support query via call or ticketing tool
Creating / updating platform usage reports on weekly and monthly basis and also sharing the same with respective client SPOC
Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions.
Creating easy to understand user manuals/FAQ and updating the same after each product updates
Responsible for creating required MIS reports for each client in Excel or PPT or Word file
Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept,Sales, Marketing & the Management for query/ bug resolution
Supporting & conducting Auctions Events if needed
