Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in HR. As an HR Administrator, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain the recruitment database and track candidate status.

Onboarding:

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Prepare and process new hire documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and orientation materials.

Employee Records Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
• Assist in handling sensitive employee information and ensure confidentiality is maintained.

HR Policy Implementation:

• Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Support payroll and benefits processes, including collecting timesheets and verifying attendance records.
• Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and payroll.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and events.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing necessary reports for government and regulatory bodies.

Administrative Duties:

• Support general administrative tasks within the HR department, such as preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
• Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
