Position Description : Reporting directly to the Managing Director – India, this position has responsibility of performing a variety of analytical, research, and coordination activities in support of the efficient operations of the MD’s office.

Responsibilities
This position is key in assisting the MD & FD in managing and prioritizing competing demands for the time and attention and plays a coordinating and liaison role between the MD’s office and the leadership team, as well as Regional & Global offices. Primary responsibilities for this position are as following –
- Assists in the preparation of the agenda for meetings, makes recommendations concerning the content of the agenda to ensure continuity and efficiency at the meetings and ensures that documentation is available and distributed for each meeting in a timely fashion. Following the meeting, drafts the minutes and follows up on outstanding items. Analyse the data, presentations and share the insights/inputs with the MD & FD
- Receives and prioritizes MD’s & FD’s correspondence and takes action in drafting correspondence and forwarding for action and/or distributing for information.
- Obtains, compiles and extracts information from files, publications, internet, Centre databases and other sources to prepare documents and briefing papers.
- Organizes meetings, including but not limited to, contacting participants, preparing documentation for distribution, and coordinating administrative and logistical arrangements. Following the meetings, drafts minutes and circulates to participants.
- Prepares all aspects of MD’s travel, from travel approval to preparing expense reports, trip program, and first draft of the trip report, etc.
- Reviewing and editing text and presentations to ensure that content and format are consistent with established guidelines.
Personal Skills/ Attributes/ and
Qualifications
- Excellent data anlytical skills with influencial verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and especially in Power Point) and MS Teams is needed. The position will be responsible for making professional quality presentations.
- Should enjoy working in a dynamic environment and with senior management
- Programmatic approach to variety of tasks and deliverables
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
