As an Executive Chef, you will have the opportunity to lead our culinary team, crafting innovative and delectable dishes that cater to the discerning tastes of our esteemed guests.
**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and curate an exceptional culinary menu, combining local flavors with international influences.
– Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to deliver top-tier dining experiences.
– Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.
– Collaborate with other departments to create seamless dining experiences for guests.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or upscale dining establishment.
– Creative flair and a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
