Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage potential candidates within the Hotel Management and Sales domains.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability for various roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals for future opportunities.

Requirements:
Prior experience in Hotel Management or Sales is a must.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse personalities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with remote communication tools and applicant tracking systems.
