The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) Hiring for Finance Executive at Goa, India Full Time
Input payments data received from other departments, such as salaries and incentives, F&F settlements, bill payments, LTA and income tax declarations etc. Check for accuracy and savings possibilities.
· Send PF Withdrawal / Loan / Gratuity Forms to the appropriate authority after checking the applications. Send payments received to employees through cheque or account deposits, as requested.
· Check for adherence to TDS, Form 16 and Sales Tax regulations in all financial interactions with vendors etc.
· Ensure that payments are being made to vendors as per the payments terms. Check that subordinates adhere to all accounting standards while recording payments.
· Provide necessary details of unaccounted bills under various account heads to prepare MIS. Providing details of capital goods accounted under various account heads for the purpose of capitalization, Prepare schedules every quarter under various account heads, Provide information to address queries of auditors.
· Provide guidance to employees on tax and investment related queries.
· In addition, to the above mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignment given by the management within the scope of job.
· Adherence to the Tata code of conduct, safety policies and values of the organization as defined.
