We are the Metaworks, seeking a passionate Photographer+Videographer who can skillfully capture photographs, Moodshots, lifestyle moments, shoot reel content and skillfully utilize creativity to tell captivating stories. • Take the brief to understand specifications, references, and work closely with our social media ideation team to develop the concept
• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
• Organize files: Archive/arrange photographic images and maintain/sort database tosend for editing(to in-house editors).
• Maintains relationships with clients, team members, models, stylists, hair/makeupartists, and assistants, etc.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software to enhancetheir visual appeal and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Utilizes up-to-date knowledge of product trends, consumer buying, and photography/imaging technology to enhance product photo presentation.

Skills and Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer, with a portfolio showcasing your creative talent and versatility across various genres, including food, fashion, and lifestyle.
• Proficiency in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras, along with a thorough understanding of camera settings and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of lighting principles and the ability to manipulate light effectively to achieve desired visual effects.
• Strong proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a demonstrated ability to produce visually stunning content that resonates with target audiences.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues to bring creative visions to life.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Must have your own camera equipment suitable for professional photography and videography.Note: The specific requirements and qualifications may vary depending on the organisation and industry.
