The Aruba Order Operations Specialist works in a multi-cultural and fast-moving business environment, supporting Aruba’s Customers, Partners and internal stakeholders, within the areas of Order Management & Pre-Order/Post-Order Care. He/she is located in a central team and has a wide variety of responsibilities, including the following:
Order Processing & Backlog Management Accountability
Financial & Revenue management
Communication & E2E coordination
Escalation ownership
