As the digital content division of the client, they develop branded content with creators and influencers across various digital platforms and formats. We strive to drive digital campaign resonance through-the-line, backing our solutions with strong data insights and measuring impact all through.
Over the last 4 years, we have co-created more than 50 originals across nearly 15 content genres with over 20,000 content assets and worked with over 500 creators, building equity for the brands we work with. We have delivered campaigns in over 20 countries across South-East Asia, the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Middle-East, Europe & Latin America.

Our teams are based out of Mumbai (India), Moscow (Russia) and Bangkok (Thailand) and are structured to plan and deliver campaigns for specific areas or clusters across the globe. As we’re expanding we’re looking for highly driven and motivated individuals to join us.
The campaign Associates will need to become specialists in the branded content and cultural landscape in India. They would need a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to deliver impactful and engaging content solutions throughout the year.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in working with youth-centric brands on social media channels, & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan & execute social media campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers. Key responsibilities:
1. Support in creation of digital content for social channels (e.g. Social Media- YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
2. Conduct research to study social trends, current benchmark patterns, and consumer behaviour
3. Support in development of community outreach approaches and strategies
4. Execute social media campaigns under the guidance of the campaign lead/ campaign manager
5. Plan the brands’ social media programming with the team based on monthly cadence, BAU, festive and marketing calendar
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams – designer, copy writer, creator, etc – to get things done
7. Manage end-to-end social media channels
8. Publish posts on the client’s social media channels successfully and in a timely manner
9. Moderate and manage online feedback from fans and clients
10. Continuously test for best timings and best practices to post on client’s social media channels
11. Researching creator landscape and staying on top of local trends
12. Negotiating with vendors and content creators to minimize cost
13. Maintaining documentation & reports
14. Brief content creators and clearly chart out deliverables and production expectations from creators
15. Manage client & creators expectations for smoother and unambiguous functioning
16. Liaising with the support teams – production, legal, accounts – for timely raising of cost sheets, contracts, bills
17. Ensuring timely payment to vendors

Requirements
Skills:
1. Well-versed with India’s digital content trends and creators
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience in having worked with youth-centric brands and managing their social media pages
4. Experience in having worked with influencers and content creators
5. Client servicing experience – should be able to manage relationships between brand – agency – influencers/vendors
6. In depth knowledge of social media platforms and all the different formats and updates that launch on these platforms.
7. Time management skills & ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in an organization
8. Presentation skills – should be able to present plans to clients & break down briefs to in-house teams
9. Basic photo and video editing skills using editing apps on the phone like Meme generator, Canva, VN, Inshot, etc.
