Job Description
- Drafting of high quality patent applications for filing in the US, Europe, PCT, India
- In-depth patent and non-patent literature research using latest research methodologies, tools and resources
- Prosecuting patent applications including conducting hearings at the Indian Patent Office;
- US/EPO Office Responses
- Working with a team of patent professionals.
- Quality Control and time bound service delivery
Domains: Cloud Computing, Blockchain, IOT, AI/ML, ICT, Mechanical/Mechatronics, Chemical/Oil & Gas Candidate Profile: Must have a basic Engineering Degree with experience in IPR and work experience in law firms specializing in Intellectual Property & Trademarks , KPOs or in-house corporate IPR team.
