We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multilingual Tele Caller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi-speaking regions to promote and sell our sports wear brand. The role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills in all three languages, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our sports wear brand
Generate sales leads and follow up on leads provided by the company
Build a strong rapport with customers and understand their needs and preferences
Explain product features and benefits to customers and provide accurate information
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the company’s database
Attend sales training and meetings as required by the company
Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

Fluent in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi with excellent communication skills in all three languages
Proven experience as a tele caller in a sales environment
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet sales targets
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong sales acumen and ability to close deals
Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Location – Tiurppur and Coimbatore
