The firm requires an e-commerce marketplace manager to handle all operations of the business that deal specifically through Amazon. The executive is required to have enough knowledge in the space to mainly create listings, run PPC campaigns and boost sales through various strategies. As the company purchases products from Alibaba and then sells it in India through FBA Amazon, the executive should be well-versed with both these portals.

Expected Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 pm

Work Experience: 1 to 3 years in the field of E-commerce.

Education: Graduation in any stream within the commerce sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Running the Amazon Seller Central Portal on a daily basis
• Overlooking and growing the daily/weekly sales of each product
• Cataloguing products, editing listings and improving listing quality
• Managing inventory, updating prices and uploading inventory files
• Managing FBA Shipments and Appointments with the FC
• Creating Order Reports & tracking progress of sales and refunds
• Running sponsored ads, coupons, lightning deals, discounts, etc.
• Requesting customer reviews and maintaining high rated reviews
• Generating weekly payment and transaction reports
• Opening case logs and raising issues with Amazon support team
• Creating strategies to stay competitive in the product category

Skills:

• Good command over Microsoft Excel
• Great communications skills in English [Oral and Writing]
• Knowledge about Amazon FBA and its backend work

Contract length: 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
