Responsibilities:

• The main point of contact for customers actively using the product’;
• Gain a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries;
• Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required;
• Referring support enquiries to the appropriate department where required;
• Answering customer enquiries professionally in a timely manner;
• Liaising with customers via email, chat and phone;
• Working on shifts including weekends. For now, we will cover until 01:00 AM IST, but in future, we will need night shift coverage as well.
