Title – Customer Support Executive
Project – Mobile Gaming App
Location – Madgaon, Goa
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
●10am-7pm/11am-8pm/2pm-11pm/11pm-8am
(Must be comfortable for all the shift timings)

Accomodation Provided for Non Goans

Terms:

● Full Time
● 6 Day Week
● Work from Office
● Night Shift- Pick and drop service provided by company within 10km

Skill set Requirement – Excellent Communication skills and problem solving abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

● Providing chat and call support

● Strategically approaching each player based on their history and profile.

● Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.

● Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team.

● Actively participate in team meetings.e changes as and when needed according to the performance of the content.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
