Are you a savvy social media user who has the ability and desire to help a young company grow its presence online? The Wandering Raven is looking for a Social Media Strategist (Intern) to help with exactly that and get the word out about its brand and courses.Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging, informative and appealing content daily using social media marketing tools such as Buffer (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news). Manage and oversee social media content.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
• Develop, design, implement and manage our social media strategy that align with our business goals.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and customer engagement, like promotions and competitions.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization and social media campaigns. Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Communicate and form key relationships with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Manage end to end process of email marketing (Mail chimp) including creating, testing, scheduling and reports for the email campaigns.
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and stay up to date with latest social media best practices, design tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
