As a Facebook Ads Expert, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for The Wellness Shop. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating sales.
• Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creation, and budget management.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Monitor and report on the performance of Facebook ad campaigns using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Facebook advertising to continuously improve campaign performance and results.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to ensure alignment and integration of Facebook advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns for e-commerce or retail brands, with a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as Google Ads, email marketing, or social media marketing, is a plus.
• Facebook Blueprint certification is preferred but not required.
