Thence Hiring for Junior Legal Associate at Remote Full Time

• Coordinate with Management including Executive Leadership and General Counsel for consultation and direction on Contractual, Statutory, Regulatory, Legal and other Compliance
• Assist in first-level review and clarification on legal language or specifications to leadership in the organization
• Assist in the administration of legal compliance and enforcement of compliance policies across multiple business units
• Work with General Counsel to customise and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• Assist in legal communications and responses
• Manage the Company’s legal contracts repository
• Coordination with external consultants / firms / agencies on legal cases, disputes resolutions and preparation of contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders and account owners / departments to educate internal stakeholders on compliance, legal and data protection requirements
• Continuously promote a culture of compliance, integrity and data protection internally

Skills Required

• Outstanding communication skills and highest levels of proficiency in English (reading/writing/spoken)
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
