How you will make an impact
The Program manager will support the HPLC product marketing in the business unit, collaborating with product management team to develop data driven analytics and influence strategic decision making. You will work closely with HPLC product marketing, the BU FP&A, global marketing analysts, IT colleagues. You will be responsible for building a strong analytics foundation and advances our marketing analytics across the marketing organization to meet the evolving and growing needs of the business.
What you will do
Build marketing analytics dashboards for marketing, and support building a data-driven culture that can take data and derive insights
Demonstrate datasets from different source systems to develop dashboards/reports to supervise business performance, enable data-driven commercial decisions, and report-out to stakeholders within requested timeline
Report on business intelligence and key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
Partner with marketing and product management teams to measure online and offline performance such as; digital, web, funnel (full funnel – marketing qualified opportunities to opportunity close win), events (in person and digital), database health, and other dashboards
Build close collaborations with marketing owners, finance and IT teams to ensure we have access and validate the right data sets to deliver accurate and timely dashboards/analysis to our business partners
Serve as a trusted analytics partner to business and marketing leaders by understanding and communicating practical marketing reports and analyses to support business decisions
Build new curated, flexible, datasets and dashboards that support the BU marketing team
Respond to ad-hoc queries and implement solutions to enable non-technical end-users to answer, independently
Your skills and experiences
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Science, Business, Data science or related subject area
5+ years of a proven track record with data analytics supporting commercial strategy or related to marketing activities
Experience in analytical technologies such as HPLC is a plus
Strong conceptual and analytical orientation, as well as creative and unstructured problem-solving skills
Evaluate problems and concepts from different perspectives; use data to identify key issues/opportunities and arrive at sound and logical solutions; experience preparing strategic and financial models and identifying areas of operational improvement
Strong expertise with several leading data visualization tools, such as PowerBI and Excel. Ability to convey message simply and advise on the best possible visualizations.
Critical thinking, logical thinking and problem-solving, with excellent discernment to understand business requirements.
Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, SFDC, SQL, Tableau and Power BI are required
Role can be based anywhere (remote), Asia Pacific preferred
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
Proven track record to work with a diverse group of individuals
