Job Description

• Supports Project manager to handles the delivery of all technical and service aspects of projects and studies for clients, ensuring high-quality results.

• Acts as a connector within the company, encouraging collaboration and coordination with all internal team members.

• Initiates the involvement of appropriate internal customers, maintaining continuous communication with those departments to ensure consistently high standards of work.

• Attends Project Meetings at a Fisher Clinical site representing the business and supporting the discussions as required by the customer.

• Support Project Manager for customer teleconferences, visits, and audits, providing timely reports and updates to customers.

• Collaborates with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Provides accurate and timely reporting, supporting effective project management and decision-making.

• Ensure timely revenue recognition for projects and verifies final production information for the Accounting Department prior to invoice release.

• Participates in and coordinates cross-functional business process improvement activities, to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Works closely with the Project Manager and/or Account Manager to ensure overall customer happiness to address any concerns or issues promptly.

• Applies GXP (Good Practice) principles in all areas of responsibility, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

• Plan and develop the Project Idea with action items and lesson learnt.

• Monitor project progress and set deadlines
