Job Description: Study Manager

Location: Mumbai, India (Office-based)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Study Manager with 4-5 years of experience in clinical projects and microbiology surveillance studies. The candidate will manage and coordinate multi-country projects, ensuring quality, compliance and timely delivery of study objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of microbiology surveillance and non-interventional studies across assigned regions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Manage relationships with clinical sites, investigators and other key stakeholders in study.

• Ensure timely data collection, reporting and analysis in compliance with quality standards in GSK systems.

• Handle budgets, timelines and risk management for assigned projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; preference for candidates with a background in Microbiology (graduate or postgraduate).

• 4-5 years of experience in managing clinical or microbiology surveillance studies.

• Prior experience working in the Middle East, South & South-East Asia and Ukraine is highly desirable.

• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with international clinical research guidelines (ICH GCP) and microbiology protocols.

• Proficiency in managing regional studies and cross-border collaborations.

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, diverse and multicultural environments.
