Position summary
The incumbent will provide support to the Life Sciences Product Compliance teams, primarily coordinating responses to customer inquiries and managing regulated product assessments and orders. This role is instrumental in enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Responsibilities
Co-ordinating and managing customer enquiries related to chemical compliance.
Review of chemical product compliance against pre-set criteria.
Co-ordination of customer End Use Declarations.
Management of regulated orders.
ERP system updates and data management.
Strong understanding of EU REACH regulation, GHS and compliance processes.
Co-ordination of REACH registration and Poison center notification documentation.
Collaboration with customer services team members
Ensuring the organization’s products adhere to global regulatory standards.
Effective collaboration and coordination of activities with fellow team members.
Required Qualifications/Experience
Equivalent experience in a scientific environment or a Master’s degree in a natural science or chemistry.
4 – 6 years in Regulatory Affairs and Certification in Regulatory Affairs is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively in person, over the phone, in remote meetings, and in writing.
Strong understanding of EU REACH regulation, GHS, OSHA, and compliance processes.
Proficiency with regulatory submission software and data management systems.
Able to connect with all levels within the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to remain calm, professional, and positive.
Ability to work as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment with moderate supervision.
Highly motivated, possessing strong organizational skills, and able to prioritize multiple activities concurrently.
