Position Summary
You will have full accountability for attracting and hiring best-in-class talents for specific business group/function across India, while always aspiring to provide an outstanding candidate and hiring team experience. You will source, recruit and refer best-qualified candidates for high volume vacant positions, including mid-level to executive level candidates, in an efficient and fiscally responsible manner. Organizes and facilitates the entire recruiting process, demonstrating extensive knowledge of process & procedures as well as relevant laws regarding employment practices and, you will be an ambassador of our corporate culture, serving as a connector between teams, departments and people
Role & Responsibilities:
Own and implement complete end-end full life cycle recruitment searches including understanding of the role, developing the search strategy, sourcing, assessing and communicating the recommendations on the best qualified candidates’ to the hiring team and complete the entire offer process.
Detailed knowledge of Clinical Research Operations (CRO) industry with a proven ability to assess candidates’ fit within the industry
Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive knowledge, rational thought process, judgement and a corporate perspective when focusing staffing and selections strategies on business issues
Provides frequent, high quality, value-added advice and counsel to business partners on recruiting and staffing issues.
Remains abreast of industry trends.
Strong level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data
Develop effective working relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners and Centre of Excellence, be responsible for building positive relationships to establish credibility for TA function
Advise, partner, and influence key leaders by understanding trends, business needs, and talent required to deliver solutions that result in positive business outcomes.
Manage data integrity for your portfolio using Power BI and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and be responsible for database management and acquisition metrics.
Create and implement creative ideas for improving process and deliver outcomes focused on continuous improvement
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant business experience
Experience Required:
5 or more years of in-house recruitment experience supporting diverse business needs in CRO industry.
Prior experience of working cross-functionally to support large, high volume and complex hiring needs catering to internal and external demands.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive knowledge, rational thought process, judgment and a corporate perspective when focusing staffing and selections strategies on business issues
Create strong talent pipelines by developing programs for proactive sourcing of qualified applicants and using employer branding across social media and recruitment channels.
Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Workday/ Phenom is strongly preferred)
Experienced in working with metrics, dashboarding and delivering compelling recruitment insights to the business using data and analytics
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well across all levels.
Ability to juggle several tasks while still delivering high quality results
Ability to navigate ambiguity and steadfastly prioritize needs and operational plans and responsibilities.
