Job Description

Our Visual Communication team is responsible in conveying ideas and information in forms that can be seen and are visually appealing. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for handling the animation needs of TheSmallBigIdea and its clients.Key responsibilities * Preparing design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects. * Designing and creating enticing motion graphics for video deliverables. * Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media including web, mobile, etc. * Work with design and client servicing teams to understand project scope and objectives. * Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design * Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. * Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. * Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas. * Maintain up to date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques. * Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards. Selection Criteria * Passion for design and an exceptional eye for the details. * Proficiency with design tools (Adobe CS Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator) * Experience with animation applications. (After Effects) * Strong knowledge of color use principles, typography, and layout. * Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in animation, arts, commercial arts or similar. * Work experience between 1 year to 4 yearsExpected Start Date: 5/2/2022Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR20,000.00 – INR30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
