Job Description:
Qualification: B-tech, Diploma from any TRTC or any relevant qualification
Responsibilities
1. Operating, component setting, and machine working knowledge of machines such as: HMC, VMC, milling CNC, turning center, CNC lathe machine, and so on.
2. Understanding of Gauge & Dimension tolerance (GD & T)
3. knowledge of part programing of CNC machines.
4. Knowledge of Machining Process Selection.
5. Cutting tool selection as per application.
6. Selection of setups as a component and component drawing requirements.
7. Experience of new component development and fixture design knowledge.
Candidates have working experience in relevant product segment company would be preferred
Functional Role:
Process Engineering
The Candidate who is currently working in any cutting tool manufacturing industry with exposure of CMC/VMC/HMC programming, AutoCad, CAD/CAM, Understanding of technical drawing etc. Would be preferred with relevant qualification and 4 to 5 years experience.
