Thomson Reuters Looking For Customer Insights Analyst at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

About the Role:

• Collects customer data from a variety of sources and publishes dashboards to clearly indicate usage trends.
• Uses tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data.
• May perform segmentation analysis to group customers based on characteristics like purchasing habits or demographics.
• Interprets data to provide insights into customer preferences, pain points, and motivations.
• Prepares reports and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders.

About You:

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Statistical knowledge: Familiarity with statistical methods and techniques for analyzing customer data.
• Communication skills: Capable of presenting complex data in an understandable and actionable way to stakeholders.
• Tools: Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI,Business Objects, Quickview.(Nice to have but not critical) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, Tableau.
