Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding the O2C process of the client across countries, understand the tools used for the whole O2C processes

Understand how the O2C process is currently managed for unstructured orders, what platform can be used for automating the intake of orders

Understand the existing technology landscape available for O2C process automation, compare with other platforms available and do a thorough tools comparison

Identify tools, platforms available. Compare capabilities, use case delivered & success / failure stories etc

Own documentation related to all areas of O2C and to be kept up to date with time

Track the issues in O2C process across all regions and set up best practices

Requirements

Skill Requirement:
In depth knowledge and understanding of O2C process automation, EDI integration

Delivered large projects as BA , Project/ Program manager

Has good consulting background, dept in Tool selection process for large clients

Experience in program/ project/ change management

Good stakeholder management

Desirable Skills:
Good exposure to O2C process automation for manufacturing companies

SAP SD, SAP BTP or Highradius good understanding
