Role Summary:

Candidate should also be willing to work in shifts
Essential Responsibilities

• The main role of a Support engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Fusion Cloud functional problems.
• Production support.
• Effectively communicates with team members, customers and management.

Education:
Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience and skills

• 0-1 years of experience with Oracle Finance Functional
• Good Communication & written Skills

Preferred

• Experience/Exposure in Oracle Fusion an added advantage

Shift:
Should be ready for night shift as well. ( Shifts: 3pm-12 , 6.30 to 3.30 am,10.30 pm to 7.30 am)
