1. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
2. Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
3. Familiarity with our industry is a plus
4. Understanding of how CRM systems work
5. Excellent communication
6. Basic knowledge on ads for facebook and google.
7. Must be familiar with customer support etiquette.
8. Basic experience on client handling.
9. Minimum 1 year and maximum 6 years of experience.
10. Experience in research.
11. Knowledge of Saas products and CRM added advantage.
12. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
