Responsible for test design, test material preparation, test execution including communication and proactive co-operation proactively with stakeholders throughout the project. Guides test team to set up complex test environment in order to commence test execution. Advises testers to reproduce SW defects that are rarely appeared. Gives feedback and advise development team by more inputs to ease their defect trouble-shooting. Performs automated testing of a selected type. Consults/advise/mentors in manual testing in a selected domain.
May also act as Test Manager for a team with test strategy formulation, test planning and test team organization.

Education/Training/Certification needs:

1. have BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. good working knowledge of manual testing a must
3. certifications in Blue Prism and/or UiPath is beneficial.
4. must be aware of latest trends in hyper automation
5. must have process knowledge preferably in one/more domains – preferably retail domain

Experience:

1. have 5-10 year experience in working as a RPA/automation tester testing out RPA solutions of increasing complexity
2. should have worked as a tester for 15+ use cases in RPA and other automation with increasing complexity
3. The candidate is expected to build various test scenario and cases, gather relevant data form customers to enable thorough testing. S/he may have to work with developers/BA and customers to test the solution as well if needed.
4. should have experience creating test cases based on the PDD and customer walk through.
5. Some hands-on work on RPA development may be beneficial to better support developers
6. should be able to lead a small development team for RPA delivery
7. should be able to also doupble up as a RPA business analyst when needed.

1. should have great communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with customers independently.
2. should be flexible to adapt to customer way of working to best suit need of the hour for the team.
3. understand how to work in a fast paced organization and multi-tasking ability.
