The activities includes finding potential market for Cattle Feed, Developing distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase & sales channel partners, create awareness amongst customers, track and analyse competitors ‘ activities, increase brand value as well as market value of Tiwana Cattle Feed. * Appointment of SS/CSA and Distributors * Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products. * Reaching the targets and goals set for your area * Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base * Servicing the needs of your existing customers * Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market * Setting sales targets for individual SO/ASM and your team as a whole * Developing sales strategies and setting targets * Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets * Compiling and analyzing sales figures * Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself * Collecting customer feedback and market research * Keeping up to date with products and competitors * Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. * Experience of team handling for group vision

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
