TLM is also a strategic investor in its logistics capabilities and has over 300,000sqft of world-class warehousing facilities.
What We’re Looking For:
A Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for sales revenue generation and partner growth across the region.
This is a customer-facing hunting role responsible for establishing key partner relationships with decision makers at resellers and system integrators across the MENA region. The products include TLM’s entire distribution portfolio ranging including networking, memory, components, personal computing, printing, and imaging. This role requires prior working experience with ICT products and familiarity with the target customer base.
What Will You Do:
Business Development
o Develop strong customer relationships with channel partners across the Region and establish the value proposition of the brands represented by TLM
o Identify and engage new partners, negotiate new deals and win business
o Work closely with senior management to add A and B category clients to TLM’s
partner program
o Take individual responsibility for new business, lead generation, meetings, and end- to-end conversion of the sales pipeline
o Travel to meet product users and channel partners and participate on events
o Map out industry events and tradeshows to attend; represent TLM’s business in thebest possible manner to target new business leads and contacts
o Execute marketing activities with Channel Partners, interact online in user groups and social media, lead product webinars, and participate on video blogs
Sales
o Actively and successfully manage the sales process: credentials pitch; negotiation; close and coordinate with Sales Coordination team
o Map out a highly detailed sales pipeline on the CRM for new and repeat business; constantly push opportunities along the funnel towards conversion
o Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
Planning & Reporting
o Sales reporting and analysis including presenting to management a thorough
understanding of partner’s objectives including their Return On Investment
o Keeping abreast of issues affecting distribution companies and the products that TLM distribute and collecting competitor intelligence
What Talent Do You Bring:
· 3-5 years experience in the IT Hardware & Networking Sales
· Excellent customer relationship skills within diverse geography
· Excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare and lead presentations
· Likes to travel and meet people
Self-disciplined, highly meticulous, and fully committed to achieving company goals with a strong ability to deliver within challenging timescales. The applicant should be personally highly organized and should not be afraid to take initiative and make independent decisions.
