Human Resources Manager will guide and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a company.Job Responsibilities : Recruiting and staffing – IT IndustryOrganisational departmental planning.Performance management and improvement systems.Organisational development.Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to Recruit and hire a superior workforce.Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.Policy development and documentation.Employee relations -Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.Utilizes the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the other needs of the organization.Company-wide committee facilitation.Company employee and community communication.Compensation and benefits administration.
