The role The Senior Developer is responsible for working on one or more Salesforce projects and business initiatives. The person should work closely with the business and other IT teams to provide innovative solutions and/or resolve any technical issues within Salesforce and related applications As the Salesforce Developer, you will: * Follow the Salesforce Development lifecycle and Release cycles defined for Toll projects. * Understand all the business processes in the existing Salesforce implementation including integration with other applications. * Actively work on technical debts in the current Salesforce implementation. * Proactively work on Proof of Concepts to showcase any feature / functionality / possibility in Salesforce to fulfil any business requirement or increase business productivity. * Stay current on Salesforce releases and explore new Salesforce features. * Work on development projects and should be able to deliver it. Peer review development work.
