The role

As the Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Managing day to day Customer Service for Sales and Nomination shipments for customers based in Pune.
• Handling & Managing day to day pricing for Sales generated business and Toll counterpart, Approved agents & local customs queries.
• Maintaining job count report and Job profit for shipments handled ex Pune.
• Involved in Negotiations of rates with carriers & overseas networks offices.
• Placing bookings with carrier as per rate agreed and service contract and Tracking of shipments on daily basis.
• Ensuring no documents is released without payment for COD customers
• Efficient & Timely communication with Customers thus improving the information flow & reducing process times at each stage.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Atleast 3 years of experience in customer representation and operations role.
• Good exposure of freight forwarding Industry.
