The role The Application Service Lead (Offshore) is accountable for providing delivery expertise, maintenance and support of Integration Platform that ensures the stable operation of the organization’s applications and all of the application interfaces which deliver the end-to-end service. This role is responsible for the first line support to all end users via a 24/7 global service desk and on site desk-side support to all Toll offices and facilities. As the Application Support Analyst, you will : * Own and manage all aspects of the service lifecycle (Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation, and Continual Service Improvement) * Provide Technical guidance & Review Changes related to webMethods Platform & perform thorough impact analysis, review architecture & design of webMethods projects, propose & ensure best practices are followed for Integration Changes * Ensure consistent delivery and operation of the IT service(s) * Laisse with all the applications involves & stake holders & ensure everyone is on same page, track service performance against agreed service levels; remediate as necessary * Plan & Track Remediation activities to closure, plan and implement service maintenance and development projects. * Continually review opportunities to improve the IT service(s) and service provision processes; develop and execute improvement plans.
