Mitratech is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, a strong dedication to hard work, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the revenue processes. The analyst will work closely with the revenue and other departments in the processing of invoices and to resolve any billings or renewal issues. In a supporting role, the revenue analyst will assist with sales tax reconciliations and managing Avalara.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt and accurate billing and provisioning of customer accounts

• Review customer contracts for completeness and accuracy in accordance with our revenue recognition policies

• Build, maintain, and produce reports as necessary to support business objectives. Assist the revenue management team with preparation of reports and analysis.

• Field Customer inquiries relating to invoices, payments, and contractual obligations

• Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams

• Reconcile sales tax general ledger accounts

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or business-related discipline preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience is required

• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Superior attention to detail and accuracy

• Netsuite and salesforce experience strongly preferred

• US GAAP preferred
